General Terms and Conditions that apply to all Prize Draws detailed at A to E below
About the Heinz BIG Flavours Campaign
1. The Heinz BIG Flavours campaign to determine the next Heinz BIG Soup flavour that will be put into full production is open from 00:01 on Wednesday 13th February 2013 until 23:59 on Friday 12th April 2013 ("Campaign Period").
2. The flavour out of the following three trial flavours:
a. BBQ Chicken & Veg
b. Fiery Chicken & Chorizo
c. Roast Ham & Pea
that receives the most votes at the end of the Campaign Period will be classified as the "Winning Flavour" and taken by the Promoter for product testing and verification that it is suitable for mass consumer production.
3. The Promoter reserves the right to alter the ingredients, flavour and name of the Winning Flavour throughout the manufacturing process as it sees fit.
4. The Promoter has no responsibility to inform the public of any changes made to the Winning Flavour and accepts no responsibility for any liability, loss or impact to any entrant, business or third party connected with such changes to the Winning Flavour.
5. The three trial flavours (subject to change in accordance with clause 2 above) will be available to taste at the following Heinz BIG Soup Tour sampling events:
a. Leeds City Centre - Saturday 16th February 2013
b. Manchester City Centre - Saturday 9th March 2013
c. Hull City Centre - Saturday 30th March 2013

General (applicable to all promotions at A to E below)
6. Open to UK residents aged 18 and over at the time of entry, except employees and their immediate families of H.J. Heinz, brandRapport and The RFL and each of its group companies, their agents and anyone connected to this Promotion. The below prize draws and competitions below are not open to anyone who is subject to a Sporting Event Banning Order.
7. One entry per person. All entries through third parties or agents are invalid. No automated or multiple entries will be accepted.
8. All entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any requirements set out in any accompanying promotional material.
9. There are numerous prizes available that are set out in the below schedules. All prize details are contained within their respective schedule. All times quoted are local GMT time.
10. One entry constitutes entry to all prize draws for which the Promotional Period (as defined in Schedules A to F below) has not yet expired. Whether you are selected as a winner of any of the prize draws or not, you will still be entered into all remaining prize draws during the Campaign Period.
11. To enter the prize draws listed at A to D below simply select your favourite BIG Flavour recipe from the following three trial flavours:
a. BBQ Chicken & Veg
b. Fiery Chicken & Chorizo
c. Roast Ham & Pea
and either (i) enter the personal details below on www.heinzbig.co.uk and click submit; or (ii) fill in the details below on one of the entry flyers at our city centre BIG Soup Tour events (as listed at Schedule E below) and post it into one of the Heinz BIG Competition Entry Bins at your respective location before the end of the relevant Promotional Period for the respective prize draws:

12. Winners will be selected at random under supervision of an independent observer.
13. No proof of entry will be provided to the entrant.
14. All entries become the absolute property of the Promoter upon submission and will not be returned.
15. The prize allocations will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. There is no cash alternative to the non-cash prizes, and the prizes will only be given to the official winners.
17. Prize winners will be notified by phone and/or email within 24 hours of the prize draw taking place as set out in the Schedules below. It is the entrant's responsibility to ensure that the contact details provided are accurate and will remain accurate for the duration of the Campaign Period. When a winner is notified under this paragraph, they will be required to notify the Promoter of their home address in order to make arrangements to send the prize via post.
18. If a winner cannot be contacted within the time period set out in each below prize schedule, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel the prize entitlement and conduct another prize draw to determine a new winner without any liability to the original winner for doing so.
19. Entrants who have not won will not be notified.
20. A list of prize winners' names and counties will be available to those sending a self stamped and addressed envelope no later than 6 weeks after the expiry of the Campaign Period to: BIG Flavours Winners List, H.J. Heinz, South Building, Hayes Park, Hayes, Middlesex, UB4 8AL.
21. The Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value (as determined by the Promoter) should the advertised prize become unavailable for reasons beyond its control.
22. The Promoter reserves the right to (i) disqualify any entrant which the Promoter believes has contravened any of these Terms and Conditions, and (ii) select an alternative winner in respect of any prize they may have won.
23. The Promoter is not liable for any entries that are lost, undelivered, incomplete, delayed, illegible or damaged, whether by failure of the internet or otherwise. Proof of entry does not constitute proof of delivery.
24. The Promoter is not liable for any prizes that are lost, undelivered, delayed or damaged due to the use of third party delivery suppliers or from being supplied the incorrect or inappropriate delivery address by the winner.
25. Winners may be asked to participate in unpaid promotional related publicity (including photographic shoots and interviews).
26. The Promoter is not responsible for the content of external Internet sites.
27. This prize draw is governed by English Law.
28. In addition to the general terms and conditions stated above, the following terms and conditions will also apply:

Heinz BIG Super League 2013 Prize Schedules
A. One-off Heinz BIG Flavours Cash prize draw
1. The promotion opens at 00:01 on Wednesday 13th February 2013 and closes at 23:59 on Friday 12th April 2013 (the "Promotion Period"). Entries received after expiry of the Promotion Period will not be entered into this prize draw.
2. There are eleven (11) cash prizes to be won:
i. One (1) first prize of £5,000 (five thousand pounds)
ii. Ten (10) runners up prizes of £250 (two hundred and fifty pounds)
3. This prize draw will take place at 3pm on Monday 22nd April 2013.
4. The £5,000 first prize will be delivered by cheque by a representative of the Promoter in person to an approved address on a mutually agreed date and time between the prize winner and the Promoter.
5. The £250 runners up prizes will be delivered by cheque to an approved address by Royal Mail Special Delivery and will require a signature upon delivery as proof of receipt.
6. If winners cannot be contacted within seven (7) days of the prize draw taking place then the Promoter reserves the right to cancel the prize entitlement and conduct another prize draw to determine a new winner without any liability to the original winner for doing so.
B. One-off Signed Super League replica shirt prize draw
1. The promotion to win signed Super League replica shirts opens at 00:01 on Wednesday 13th February 2013 and closes at 23:59 on Sunday 19th May 2013 (the "Promotion Period"). Entries received after expiry of the Promotion Period will not be entered into this prize draw.
2. There are fourteen (14) Super League replica shirts signed by at least one current member of the relevant team to be won. There is one (1) signed shirt per Super League team to be won.
3. This prize draw will take place at 3pm on Monday 27th May 2013.
4. Fourteen (14) winners (one (1) winner per Super League club) will be selected at random from all the entrants who listed that team as their home Super League Club supported upon entry.
5. The prizes will be posted by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery within seven (7) working days of the Promoter receiving confirmation from the winner via email or phone that they wish to take up their prize entitlement. A signature will be required upon delivery and it is the responsibility of the winner to specify a suitable address for delivery.
6. If a winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days of the prize draw taking place then the Promoter reserves the right to cancel their prize entitlement and conduct another prize draw to determine a new winner without any liability to the original winner for doing so.

C. Weekly Super League seat only match tickets prize draw
1. The promotion to win Super League seat only match tickets opens at 00:01 on Wednesday 13th February 2013 and closes at 23:59 on Sunday 19th May 2013 (the "Promotion Period"). Entries received after expiry of the Promotion Period will not be entered into this prize draw.
2. For each calendar week (starting at 00:01 on Monday and ending at 23:59 on Sunday) throughout the Promotion Period there is one (1) pair of seat only match tickets (2 seats in total) to be won to each Super League game held in the UK the weekend following expiry of that calendar week as specified by the RFL fixtures feed that can be found here. In total, fourteen (14) seat only match tickets are available each week (7 pairs), excluding weeks when Catalan Dragons are playing at home in France. On such occasions there will be no tickets available to Catalan Dragons games and twelve (12) seat only match tickets in total are available (6 pairs) to matches in the UK.
3. Winners will be drawn each week on the Monday at 3pm from all entries received before 23:59 on the previous Sunday. All entries that have specified a Super League club will be placed into their respective Super League club prize draw pots on a weekly basis and winners will only be selected from a prize draw pot of a Super League club playing at home at the forthcoming weekend.
4. The Promoter will provide seat only match tickets and cannot guarantee the specific category or position of the seats within the stadium.
5. Please note ALL Super League tickets are located within the home supporters' section of the stadium. Tickets are non-transferable and not for resale.
6. No out of pocket expenses such as food, drink and travel to the match are included in the prizes. The winners and any permitted companions are solely responsible for making their own travel arrangements to the match.
7. Within each set of tickets, a minimum of 1 adult must attend the match. Under no circumstances will any variations of this be permitted.
8. It is the responsibility of the applicant to check the date and kick-off time on The RFL's official website. Winners accept that the prize could be rescheduled, cancelled or suspended for any reason whatsoever. In the event this occurs, the Promoter has no liability to the ticket holders. The Promoter is not responsible for late changes in the date and kick-off time or postponement of the match.
9. If a winner cannot be contacted within 48 hours of the prize draw taking place then the Promoter reserves the right to cancel their prize entitlement and conduct another prize draw to determine a new winner without any liability to the original winner for doing so.
10. Tickets will be posted by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery to the postal address supplied by the winner. A signature will be required upon delivery. In some circumstances (due to time constraints or where no-one is available to sign for the tickets), tickets will need to be collected at the stadium. The winner will be advised by email as to whether their tickets will be delivered or whether they are to be collected from the stadium.
11. Tickets will be dispatched at least two (2) working days prior to the Super League match taking place as long as the Promoter has received confirmation that you wish to redeem your prize. If you have not received your tickets 24 hours prior to the match, please contact our helpline on 07879 698 580 or email heinzbig@brand-rapport.com. D. Weekly Replica Super League Match balls prize draw
1. The prize draw to win Replica Super League Match balls opens at 00:01 on Wednesday 13th February 2013 and closes at 23:59 on Sunday 19th May 2013 (the "Promotion Period").
2. For each calendar week (starting at 00:01 on Monday and ending at 23:59 on Sunday) throughout the Promotion Period there are ten (10) replica Super League Match balls to be won.
3. Winners will be drawn each week on the Monday at 3pm from all entries received before 23:59 on the previous Sunday.
4. If a winner cannot be contacted within five (5) working days of the prize draw taking place then the Promoter reserves the right to cancel their prize entitlement and conduct another prize draw to determine a new winner without any liability to the original winner for doing so.
5. Replica Super League Match balls will be posted by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery within seven (7) working days of the Promoter receiving the confirmation from the winner via email or phone that they wish to take up their prize entitlement. A signature will be required upon delivery and it is the responsibility of the winner to specify a suitable address for delivery.

E. Heinz BIG Challenge Terms & Conditions
1. The following Terms and Conditions are only applicable to people entering the Heinz BIG Challenge at one of our Heinz BIG Soup Tour city centre events:
i. Leeds City Centre - Saturday 16th February 2013
ii. Manchester City Centre - Saturday 9th March 2013
iii. Hull City Centre - Saturday 30th March 2013
2. Any person who passes 8 rugby balls through the holes in the wall on the Heinz BIG Challenge from the designated position in a 40 second game on the day of the Heinz BIG Challenge will win a 500g can of Heinz BIG Soup. If less than 8 balls are passed through the hole as described above then no prize will be awarded.
3. The 10 people at each location who pass 8 balls through the holes as described above in the fastest time will be entered onto the Heinz BIG Challenge Leaderboard. The leaderboard for each location will be updated throughout the day.
4. The person who passes 8 balls through the holes as described above in the fastest time at each location will win 4 seat only tickets to the Grand Final at Old Trafford on Saturday 5th October 2013 (i.e. 12 seat only tickets in total). This prize does not include any food, travel, accommodation or other expenses, all of which are the responsibility of the winner to organise.
5. The people with the next 9 fastest times at each location on the day of the Heinz BIG Challenge will be runners up and will each win 12 500g cans of Heinz BIG Soup in various flavours.
6. If no entrants pass 8 rugby balls through the holes as described above then no prizes will be given away.
7. All entrants will be required to register their Name, Email and Phone number so that in the event that they win one of the prizes they can be contacted to arrange their prize fulfilment.
8. Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged. No cash or other alternative prizes are available, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative prize deemed to be of equal or greater value by the promoter.
9. The promoter is not liable for any cancellation, postponement or other changes to the Grand Final. A minimum of 1 adult must use one of the 4 tickets included in the ticket prize to attend the match. Under no circumstances will any variations of this be permitted. The Promoter will provide seat only match tickets and cannot guarantee the specific category or position of the seats within the stadium.
10. Whilst the promoter will use all reasonable efforts to contact prize winners, if a winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days of the Heinz BIG Challenge being completed using the details provided on entry, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel the prize entitlement and award the prize to the next fastest time.
11. Prizes will be posted by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery to the postal address supplied by the winner. A signature will be required upon delivery.
12.
